ACTIVITIES IN THE TRIANGLE

2026

March

February

January

  • We visited a marshy grassland site in Saxthorpe to advise on the management of the land. As ideal Marsh Tit breeding habitat, we suggested the installation of Marsh Tit nest boxes.

  • Weybourne Parish Council agreed to install signs on Beach Lane to warn motorists of the presence of Toads crossing the road during the migration season (February-April).

  • We visited a site in Little Barningham to provide habitat management guidance for two acres of wet meadow and three acres of wet woodland

  • We connected Gresham’s School in Holt with Aylsham Swift Group who provided advice on locating a Swift tower in the school grounds.

  • Felbeck Trust erected a telegraph pole at its West Beckham Old Allotments reserve, ready for the installation of a Barn Owl box supplied by the Taliswood Barn Owl Nest Box Project. The box was installed in March

  • We met grounds staff at Gresham’s School in Holt to advise on management of their woodland
