Lawnmower in Meadow

WHERE WE WORK

In the 65sq miles between the Georgian town of Holt, Victorian town of Cromer, and market town of Aylsham, we will be working across an array of habitats, ranging from woodlands, old allotments (gardens and surveyors), water courses, veteran trees, hedgerows, official wildlife sites, churchyards and  large swathes of arable land.

Our mapping data will allow us to identify potential areas for nature recovery projects within the Triangle. We are working on adding further layers and functionality to our mapping tools. We will “ground-truth” the results of our mapping exercise using local knowledge and a team of cycling and walking surveyors who will be our eyes and ears on the ground within the Triangle.

If you would like to join us in this activity, email us on conservation@ubgctriangle.org.
